If you're not sure which version to take, I would suggest
ASCII tab-delimited (.txt), which can be
imported into any database or spreadsheet.
NB — these files have been 'zipped' to give faster download times. To 'unzip' them you will need an extractor such as Winzip ($30) or Zipfree (free). Alternative (freeware and shareware) programs can be found here.
